The Young Leadership Council has unveiled its 2024 Role Models, a group of leaders assembled to help cultivate the next generation of New Orleans leaders. Since its inception in 1986, YLC has sought insight from leaders who have contributed to the cultural and social landscape of New Orleans. This year’s Role Models are:
- Victoria Adams Phipps, Vice President of Global Philanthropy at JP Morgan Chase & Co.
- Shannon Blady, Chief Learning Officer at the Louisiana Children’s Museum
- Sarah Busch, Vice President of Operations at Landis Construction Co.
- Ana Castro, Chef and Restaurateur of Acamaya
- Jaimme Collins, General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Strategy at Liberty Bank & Trust Co.
- Kimberly Davis Reyher, Executive Director at Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana
- Gerald Duhon, Executive Director at NOCHI
- Heidi Kiesling, Director of Community and Employee Engagement of Pan-American Life Insurance Group
- Nathalie Simon, Special Counsel to the CEO and President – Public Policy Initiatives of Laitram LLC
- Tyronne Walker, Vice President for Policy, Strategic Partnerships and Development at Urban League of Louisiana
