Safety

Safety is our number one priority.

We have an active Safety Council which includes team members of all levels. This enables real engagement from those with boots-on-the-ground, and gives them the voice and the resources to really live the charge that safety is everyone’s job.

Each construction project is unique, and therefore every safety plan must be customized. We create a Site-Specific Safety Plan for every project. Landis has trusted strategic partner Engineering Safety Consultants (ESC). They serve as resources to our project teams and participate on our Safety Council.

Community

Landis is personally and professionally committed to the surrounding community through philanthropy and community service initiatives. We are also invested in the advancement of our industry through memberships and support for organizations such as LCI, ABC, AGC, CFMA, unCommon Construction, Youthforce NOLA, ACE Mentor Program, SMPS, and more.

Landis remains committed to three primary causes: youth opportunity in our city, introducing youth to careers in construction, and creating opportunities for women in the trades.

We actively seek opportunities to support and enhance our community while taking responsibility for the world in which we live.
