From post-bid construction analysis through final punchlist completion, Landis worked diligently with our firm to build an exemplary new school, one which impressed the client enough to become the RSD’s prototype design for future elementary schools. Your project management team was extremely organized and easy to work with, and your project superintendent was always focused on problem solving and holding the subcontractors to the highest standards. Landis provided both pre-construction and construction services on this important community project. In working daily with the Landis project engineers, project managers, field supervision, and management I observed a high level of collaborative teambuilding, accurate and detailed estimating, an excellent knowledge of construction materials and the market, well planned/scheduled construction, and a willingness to be innovative in order to achieve the Owner’s project goals.
