Landis Construction has begun work on a new Lennys Grill and Subs in downtown Pensacola.
“Landis is excited to deliver this project to Pensacola,” said Casey Capps, Landis Construction’s Pensacola lead. “This is an important milestone for Landis as we expand our portfolio into Northwest Florida. This community has welcomed us with open arms, and we’re eager to get to work.”
Work on the new Lennys began in March and is expected to be completed in July. The owner is Kent Simmons and the project’s architect is Scott Sallis of Dalrymple Sallis Architecture.
