Shell Wells Learning Facility

For over two decades, Robert Training and Conference Center (RTCC) has taught basic and advanced skills to those on the front lines of oil and gas operations. The RTCC’s new 26,000 sq. ft. Shell Wells Learning Facility provides students with a wide variety of critical, hands-on training ranging from drilling and rigging simulations to offshore extractions, and safety courses. The two-story building, completed by Landis in June 2014, is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms and meeting spaces including sophisticated audio/visual systems that allow remote training and conferencing as well as the latest in deep water drilling simulation technology.
