Landis delivered a full renovation of the historic 109,000 square foot 3-story school to serve 1st – 8th grades, construction of a new 12,800 square foot Early Learning Center to serve Pre-K and Kindergarten students, and the construction of a new 14,900 square foot Gymnasium to serve the elementary school. The existing school building is located on one lot, and the new Early Learning Center and new Gymnasium were constructed on a separate lot across the street from the main school building.
The scope of this CMAR project included weather-proofing the exterior throughout, the restoration of the historic wood windows, and updating learning spaces with state-of-the-art design, all while maintaining the building’s many character-defining features.
