New River Garden Apartments

Working with HANO, HUD, HRI Communities and HCI Architecture, Landis navigated complex compliance and complex construction as Design-Builder, delivering a total of 111 renovated buildings with updated appliances, electrical, site facilities, and on some, ADA accessibility features. The New River Garden Apartments project was a great example of providing better opportunities—for our team and partners (we even achieved 51% Section 3, WBE, and DBE participation) and for the community! We were honored to deliver a refreshed neighborhood where many in our city can call home.
