Maison du Parc Condominiums

Maison du Parc offers the perfect blend of old and new with residences incorporating traditional French Quarter design with modern luxury. Using a combination of completely renovated historic structures and brand new ground-up construction, Landis completed the historic renovation of the site in 2016, transforming the former skilled nursing facility, which had been vacant since 2006 after Hurricane Katrina scattered its residents and staff to different parts of the country. Each of the ten units, which share a courtyard, 650 square foot pool, and pool house used for entertaining, were thoughtfully designed with luxurious amenities and exquisite attention to detail. Condominiums vary in size from 1,000 square feet to 2,500 square feet, with each condo having a private patio. The three independently constructed condos at 1220 Dauphine have large private terraces with amenities such as soaking pools, outdoor fireplaces, and full outdoor kitchens.
