Magnolia Physical Therapy

Landis completed the tenant build-out for Magnolia Physical Therapy in 2018 as one of the five tenant build-outs included in the historic renovation of the Pythian Building downtown. The new space was needed to keep up with the organization’s rapid growth and expansion in New Orleans after having made Inc Magazine’s list of the “5,000 Fastest Growing Companies” the previous year. Components of the project included new framing, drywall, and ceiling throughout; new glass entry door, cabinets, and stone countertops for the kitchenette; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing; as well as modifications to the existing sprinkler for the room layout.
