This two-story, 8,000-square-foot indoor golf venue is located at a high-traffic intersection along historic Metairie Road in Jefferson Parish. Built to meet the area’s pedestrian-friendly zoning, the building features a clean, modern exterior with screened ground-level parking, perimeter landscaping, and a 60-foot second-floor balcony with a putting green.

Inside, five advanced golf simulators offer a 3D virtual golf experience in a spacious, open-plan layout with high ceilings and tiered seating. Each simulator area includes custom booths, lounge seating, and tables for group entertainment. The venue also houses a full-service kitchen and bar, two golf arcade games, and a covered outdoor area off the dining space.

The building was constructed with deep foundations, large-span steel framing, and high-end finishes including stained concrete, wood flooring, and custom millwork. It includes an elevator and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

This facility blends cutting-edge technology with thoughtful construction to create a modern, walkable destination for golf and entertainment.
