Delgado School of Nursing

Landis recently completed renovations of the existing gymnasium and the replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment at Delgado School of Nursing. The project consisted of demolition and abatement of asbestos, installment of fireproofing, demolition, and reinstallation of LED lighting, installation of new ceiling speakers, installment of the acoustical ceiling, reconnection of technical equipment, refinishing of wood flooring, trenching and pouring of concrete, painting of gymnasium walls and doors, replacement of electrical room doors, demolition and replacement of new transformer, replacement of operable partition motor, replacement of mechanical equipment, relocation of sprinkler feeders, and installation of new breaker panels.
