902 Julia Street has a new lease on life courtesy of this historic renovation project. Landis completed the revitalization of the existing building located in the heart of the Warehouse District downtown in June 2020, which now features office / retail tenant space build-outs on the 1st & 2nd floors for local commercial real estate finance company Walker & Dunlop, and residential apartments on the 3rd floor.

The scope of work included demolition, asphalt paving, concrete, repairs to existing exterior masonry, plaster and wood trim, metal handrails, interior rough and finished carpentry, architectural casework and countertops, roofing, doors and hardware, interior and exterior glass storefront systems, gypsum board assemblies, acoustic tile ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient floor, carpeting, painting, specialties, appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
