4528 Freret St

In partnership with Green Coast Enterprises and Chase Marshall Architects, Phase 1 scope was completed in December 2022 in the redevelopment of the existing commercial building at 4528 Freret Street into the future home of the New Orleans Homeownership Center—14,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space (about half of which is already leased). New studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums will follow as part of Phase 2.

This 2-Phase project consists of renovations to an existing two-story commercial building into a ground-floor business and assembly, office, and condominiums. Phase 1 work included masonry repairs, miscellaneous steel, millwork, waterproofing, new doors and frames, new windows, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical build-out, and site finishes.
