Street view of red residential apartment building in historical New Orlean's architectural style

333 Girod Street Apartments

The historic Warehouse District of New Orleans has been undergoing renovation and restoration in recent years and is fast becoming one of the most exclusive areas in the city. Landis completed the renovation of this 45,000 sf building located at 333 Girod St. in the heart of this neighborhood, which included plush accommodations such as secure parking, two courtyards, retail tenant space located on the first floor, and eighteen upscale apartment units. The one, two, and three-bedroom units offer several floor plans with up to 2,000 square feet of living space. Since completion, the units have been converted to condos to match the integrity of the surrounding downtown area.
