Landis was proud to be the general contractor on this historic renovation project at the site of the iconic Hotel Monteleone in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter. The project consisted of a complete renovation of 13 floors, 211 newly renovated guest rooms, a ballroom, and associated circulation within the Iberville Tower section of the Hotel, as well as preserving historic features throughout. The scope of work included demolition, renovation, hazardous material removal, interior finishes, replacing existing plumbing system with new, replacing existing HVAC system with new, replacing existing electrical power and lighting with new, replacing existing fire suppression sprinklers with new, replacing existing fire alarm and security system with new, replacing existing telephone system with new, and facility operations during occupancy.
