Landis is proud to be the Design-Build Partner selected by HRI Communities to perform certain renvovations and upgrades to the existing River Garden I community. There will be community engagement throughout the project and Landis is eager to deliver another project that will enhance and enrich the lives of many in our city.

• Replacing the roofs at all buildings
• Pressure washing and painting the exterior at all buildings
• Cleaning & inspecting interior HVAC air handlers at all apartments, replacing exterior condensing units as needed
• Repairing/replacing window components as needed
• Repairing/replacing exterior handrails & shutters as needed
• Limited site concrete flatwork
• Landscaping repairs, trimming trees as needed
• Renovation of unit interiors as needed
